The First-Ever St. Charles, Illinois Collaboration Beer
Beer: An amber lager with caramel malt, subtle spicy noble hops, and a light citrus flavor.
Nonprofit: Tri-City Health Partnership
2024
Beer: A California Common with a rustic woody and herbal Northern Brewer hops that play well with the buscuity and caramel malt flavors.
Nonprofit: STC L.E.A.R.N.
2023
Beer: A summer pale ale with a hop profile of grapefruit, floral aromas, and a hint of lemon zest.
Nonprofit: Lazarus House
2025
Beer: A West Coast Pilsner brewed with lager yeast, Simcoe, Krush, Riwaka, and Rakau hops. One can expect notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a bit of pine.
